Summer Book Club!

Practicing the growth & decay contemplation + the seed meditation from Chapter 2.

After a nine months in Edinburgh, Scotland, I’m back! And I’m returning to my favorite book to give me strength after a tumultous year.

Join me for my
podcast book club!

How does a podcast-based book club work?

For each podcast episode, I’ll break down the book chapter by chapter and highlight:

  • The essence of the chapter + my fave quotes

  • How I’ve applied the ideas and practices in daily life

  • Any challenges or questions that come up for me

  • Your reflections, questions, ideas

You Can:

  • Go to THAT GOOD MAY BECOME at this link or on your favorite podcast app

  • Message or email me questions
(Pretty please do this! I love it so much!)

  • Listen with a buddy

  • Or just tune in

You can expect a new podcast every week or two.

PS- What I think we need right now is the capacity to see the unseen forces around us and in us:

Love, compassion, the beings of nature, the presence of the spirit within each of us, and the spiritual forces at work outside of us.

For me, this book has made everything–life, death, conflict, relationships, nature, questionable life decisions (haha)–a lot more beautiful. So I do hope you'll join me.
